Ayurvedic Products (MENZYTE™ Men’s Wellness)

As per general industry standards in India, medicinal and consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

However, we offer a limited exception for customer convenience:

Return Eligibility (Ayurvedic Products)

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Seal of the bottle/packaging must be intact (not broken)

Non-Returnable Conditions

If the product has been opened or used
If the seal is broken or tampered
If the product is not in its original packaging

In such cases, no return or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection,
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business hours

Cosmetic Products (VELTRIXA BEAUTY™)

We maintain high standards of hygiene and quality for our cosmetic range.

Return Eligibility (Cosmetics)

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused and unopened
Product should not show any signs of usage
Must be returned in original packaging with all components intact

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you are eligible for return/replacement.
We may request images or proof for verification.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Products that have been used or tested
Opened packaging or missing contents
Products returned without original condition

Important Notes

Returns are accepted only after approval from our support team
Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of returned items
Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable
